Information on Refunds

The customer may reconsider his or her purchase and return the purchased items without stating a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The goods must be returned undamaged, unworn or unused, in the same condition in which they were received, preferably in their original packaging.

The return of products is the responsibility of the customer and must be made by express courier with the possibility of tracking the shipment, the costs of which shall be borne in full by the customer. Shipment, up to the certificate of receipt, is under the full responsibility of the customer.
